Editor Tierna Unruh-Enos has been following the city’s response to asbestos at the Gateway Center, who knew what and when and what some people are saying was done to cover it up. Today, she has a story about a former manager with Risk Management who filed a lawsuit alleging that she was asked to use the department as a “slush fund” for payouts that violated city policy and the law.
